"Through my experiences as an owner and operator, I have been able to achieve success within the ever changing health care industry. Much of the success achieved in my facilities came from dedicated, knowledgeable individuals throughout the industry. I decided to put together a team of individuals to provide expertise in all aspects of long term care. The team would include experts in business, accounting, operations, regulatory compliance, and support for nursing personnel. The result of that decision was to form the managment group (QLM) to provide expertise to other owners and operators, thus providing a better quality of life to residents and improving financial results for owners."
