Our extensive experience in LTC operations includes Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care service provision and contracting in addition to complete OBRA compliance, hospital backup program, census development and financial management. QLM has a history of deficiency-free state surveys in one facility spanning five consecutive years. This superb record speaks to QLM's commitment to a Standard of Excellence mirrored by only five other nursing facilities in the state.

In addition to our outstanding commitment to excellent patient care, QLM has demonstrated success in systems development and implementation related to both the financial and clinical aspects of care. QLM's Chief Executive Officer has received the distinctive award from the industry association, Colorado Health Care Association, as the Administrator of the Year during his previous tenure as owner/operator of one of our nursing facilities, and QLM's Chief Financial Officer is recognized by the State of Colorado as an Expert in Medicaid Reimbursement.

QLM also supports its Commitment to Care through its development of network and group purchasing contracts and its ability to negotiate substantially reduced pricing for products and services related to Medicaid, Medicare PPS and Managed Care.
