Eagle Ridge of Grand Valley is located in the Teller Arms subdivision. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, and have been an integral part of the community for many years. We strive to provide a facility that is warm, inviting and homelike, while providing a comfortable setting for our residents.

At Eagle Ridge of Grand Valley, our goal is to deliver compassionate care specifically geared toward the individual needs of your loved one. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing services and a rehabilitation program that includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. Each resident receives on-going healthcare assessments from our highly trained and caring interdisciplinary team members. Family members are encouraged to take an active role in care planning sessions. We offer a broad spectrum of healthcare services, including:

Family Involvement

Family involvement is encouraged at our facility. We urge our residents’ families to visit as often as they are able. We do not have “visiting hours,” and friends and family are always welcome during appropriate hours, provided they do not interfere with our residents’ privacy and sleep requirements.
