What is Respite?

A short-term stay of 30 days or less, used for a variety of reasons...

  • When a Caregiver needs a break or is going away on a vacation;
  • When you have had an injury and can’t care for yourself at home;
  • When you have concerns about whether Lowry Park is a good fit for you, we invite you to come for a stay and try us out. 

Respite Stay includes any care level needed offered by the community, a fully furnished apartment, three meals a day, and use of all amenities.

Assisted Living

Level I: $350.00 Monthly

Services can include:

  • Courtesy Checks (2 per day)

  • Minimal Cueing / Prompting
  • Daily Bed Making
  • Daily Trash Removal
  • Weekly Personal Laundry
Level II: $650.00 Monthly

Services can include:

  • Services in Level I
  • Medication Management (12 or less)
  • Minimal Assistance with Dressing
  • Stand-By Assistance with Bathing for Safety
  • Assistance with Grooming / Dental Care
Level III: $950.00 Monthly

Services can include:

  • Services in Levels I and II
  • Hands-On Assistance with Bathing
  • Full Assistance with Dressing
  • Medication Management (13 or more)
  • Stand-By Assistance with Transfers for Safety
  • Toileting Care Program
  • Routine Cueing / Prompting to perform majority of ADLs
