About Us

Wheatridge Manor Care Center is a Medicare and Medicaid Certified nursing care facility. Our skilled rehabilitation unit consists of newly remodeled rooms, private and semi-private rooms and a new bathing/spa center to provide additional comfort during your stay.  Our unit is designed to provide care and rehabilitation to patients following a hospital stay for illness, injury or elective surgery.  Our team of therapists, nursing staff and physicians work closely together to help patients achieve their goals - getting better and returning home. 

The licensed, professional staff maintains a high standard of care for our patients and residents.  Background checks are performed on all employees.  Staff supervise the overall quality of care for residents through an interdisciplinary team approach.  This includes care conferences, Quality Assurance meetings, daily morning meetings, and frequent interaction with families and attending physicians.
