Quality Life Management, LLC (QLM), based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, was founded in 1997 to provide operational management to long-term health care facilities in the ever-changing Colorado health care market. QLM currently manages ten long-term-care and two assisted-living facilities for a total of 869 health care beds located throughout Colorado in Denver Metro, Southern Colorado & the Western Slope.

QLM facilities' levels of care span from a sub-acute ventilator dependence unit & skilled nursing care /  Rehabilitation units to Long Term Care, as well as specialty care Alzheimer's units and Assisted-Living Facilities.
