Pathways for Quality, LLC, based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, was founded in 2004 to provide clinical consultation and health service process management expertise to long-term-care health facilities on a local, state and national basis.

Our client base of long-term-care facilities utilizes our expertise in the ongoing struggle to maintain compliance with the ever-changing focus in regulatory compliance.
Our team of industry experts provides hands-on clinical consultation, education, process review and support to all levels of the health care delivery team. Based on backgrounds and levels of experience rooted in corporate structure, federal and state survey tenures, clinical reimbursement and legal expert reviews, along with solid, working relationships with local health departments, the Pathways' staff supports all areas of the health service spectrum.
Our services are available through either independent contract with Pathways for Quality or in tandem with an integrated management services contract with Quality Life Management. Either way, our commitment to quality health care solutions through education, leadership, passion and service stands in the forefront of health care consultation delivery in today's ever-changing regulatory environment.
